Wheres Our Common Sense? Yes US the American People ie Tax Payers Voters

I just came from the local corner market Quik Pic  I inquired about the total,

 when the woman answeredshe said and don't forget the TAX!  

When I don't work i don't get Paid when i don't achieve basic skills

or perform to the minium norm I lose my ability to get PAID!  

WHY ARE WE STILL PAYING THEM FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOBS!  

We the People are going to Pay for this anyways Correct?
